Terrific rug cleaners
I have been using Avon Rug Cleaners for about 20 years and would never use any other service. They do a terrific job on rugs and upholstery! The cleaners are professional and care about the quality of work. They take their time and want to please the customer.I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Great Job!!!!
Avon carpet is hands down awesome. I had them come in to shampoo a whole house that I was told would need carpet replacement in two of the rooms due to high traffic. The crew came in set up shampooed all three rooms upstairs, the hallway, stairs and landing along with the living room which had dirt and rock salt imbedded in it from the previous occupant that sat over a year. They were done so quick I had to walk through all the rooms to see what was done. The carpets looked like a new install and the price was the price was very reasonable. And yes the crew was very pleasant.

Service Beyond the Ordinary
Recently I had my carpets cleaned by Avon. While cleaning the family room, they moved the large sectional couch in a way to enable them to clean in the back. When finished, the serviceman gave me a diamond ring that was found during their cleaning. My wife discovered that this was the wedding ring for her mother, which was lost about 5 years ago. We are so grateful for the way that this was handled.
By the way, aside from this great discovery, they did a tremendous cleaning job. we have used Avon for at least the last 10 years and have always found the work to be exceptional and the scheduling to be very accommodating.

Starting with my initial call, I was greeted by a very pleasant woman. She was very helpful and eager to accommodate me. She informed me of the window of time and day that the technician would arrive. She asked If I wanted him to call me one hour before his arrival and I said yes. On the day of my service, the technician called as expected one hour before arriving. He and his co-worker were very friendly and worked very efficiently and fast, moving furniture as needed. The upholstery looked great when they finished cleaning it. He gave me some good tips as well. Overall, a very good experience.

Avon has been cleaning the carpets in my home for a number of years - and this year after a winter with two sick kiddos in the house, we really needed it! They did a disinfecting steam clean, and now the house feels so much fresher. The guys showed up on time and were very polite and fast! The carpets dried quickly, too which was a bonus, and they even steam cleaned some life into an old sofa we're hoping to hold onto for a few more years until the kids are bigger. The gentlemen was here in the time frame designated all be it, it was the very end by 5 mins.. That being said the job was fantastic. They moved all that needed to be moved and spent extra time on heavy areas. we had never had the carpet cleaned and being loop carpet weren't sure how it would turn out. We will certainly keep Avon and will have them on a regular basis. The price was reasonable for the 3 rooms we had done. Most important, the wife was very satisfied with the results.

We had Avon clean a VERY soiled carpet ( blood and ground in dirt- not a fun thing but there was blood, and an ambulance had to come-----and it was raining so the ambulance people had muddy shoes). I really wasn't sure if it could be saved.
They did an outstanding job- 98% of the room looks perfect, and there is only a very slight mark of where the issue was. We really thought we would have to replace it but it looks fine.
They also cleaned another room which has a real "traffic pattern" and that room is totally clean and refreshed.
They were prompt, quick, and did a great job.
This is the second time I have used AVON and I have recommended them to coworkers who used them as well and were pleased.

I rarely write reviews, but had to write this. Harry and assistant arrived on time and were in and out within a half hr while cleaning approx 800 sq. ft. light beige carpet with coffee stains. Although we were advised that stain removal had a 50/50 chance for success the process was totally effective and carpet looks like new.

Great Carpet Cleaning Job!

That's because we gave them two significant challenges: a room that our cat had used instead of her litter box, and another room with a really deep path of dirt. We had 3 area rugs cleaned. Appointment was easy to schedule-- we were given a 3 hour window for their arrival which they met. Cleaning was quick and effective. Refund not what was promised
Harry,
I was not home when your crew cleaned 3 areas about a week or two ago. When I called you after the last cleaning earlier in the year on 4/3/14, your crew left a carpet protector desk mat in my guest bathroom with the spikes upward. They did not inform me of their procedure for doing so. When I went upstairs at night to go to bed, I decided to use the guest bathroom since my wife, Ann, was using our master bathroom. I walked into the guest bathroom and put both feet on the spikes, screamed for help and fell down on the mat due to the pain in my feet. There was blood all over the bathroom. Ann helped me to get the spiked mat out of the way and we proceeded to clean and disinfect my feet that had multiple spike holes in them. I bandaged them with Neosporin. The next morning I went to the podiatrist who cleaned and rebandaged my feet.
I subsequently called you and you agreed to give me a 30% refund of the $327.26 invoice but it never came. The refund would have been $98.21. the refund given on the 11/25/14 invoice was only $38.66 or 30% of the current work performed that day - not 30% of the $327.26 invoice or a refund or $98.21. Therefore you owe me an additional refund of $59.55. Please send me a check for that amount.

They Exceeded Expectations
The two men arrived within the time frame and were very courteous. They couldn't see well enough in the upper stairway so they changed the bulb for me. Excellent service at an affordable price
I would highly recommend Avon Carpet Cleaning. I inquired at the last minute for a next day carpet cleaning and they fit me in with no problem. I had embarrassing pet stains in a bedroom and was expecting the cleaning would make it not so noticeable but 95% of the stains were gone. It looked like a brand new carpet. Also I priced around and was getting quotes for one room up to $300 which was not worth it for one small bedroom. I only paid $80 with tax with Avon. Well worth the money. Also, arrival was set between 2-5p but the office called to inform they would be delayed due to an emergency call from another client. I appreciated that they called to let me know b/c I was able to run some errands instead of waiting home. I asked if they can call one hour prior so I had enough time to get home in case they were out and they did. The service man was very courteous and did a great job. Would defiantly use them again!

I called last minute for same day service and Avon came through for us. We needed our couch cleaned and not only did they book an appointment, but they arrived promptly (closer to 12) when they gave us a window time a lot of between 12 and 2. They gave us a 15% discount, and alrhough the small area of the couch was only needed to be cleaned, then gentleman cleaned our ENTIRE couch, along will all of our pillows. They came exactly on time (7.30 am!), cleaned our rugs so that they are looking like new and smelling great (who remembered that the colors were so bright?? Not me!), and charged me a price that I felt was low. In addition, upon our request they cleaned the upholstery of a wing chair and left it looking soooo much better (I was afraid that it was so grimy that I'd have to have it reupholstered).

Quality work from a friendly, family owned business
I had my carpets and kitchen tile grout cleaned. The workers were thorough and did a great job! The office staff was friendly and gave me a quick appointment. Very happy with their service.

Great Experience
I had a couple of rooms cleaned. They came out amazing! All the stains were gone in my family room. They really took there time. What a Great experience .From the minute I made the appointment until the guys left my home. They couldn't have been nicer. This company is a Class Act . I would definitely uses them again.

Fantastic Job!
Finally - a company that shows up exactly when they said they would. Very professional and friendly crew. Carpets and floor were cleaned like brand new - and everything that was moved, was put back perfectly. Pricing was very fair and I would both use Avon again, and recommend them to others.
